Sail Repairs
42 South Marine, as the Tasmanian agents for North Sails are fully set up and equipped to do any sail repairs necessary. With decades of sailmaking experience, no job is too big or too small for our Team.
Clear Enclosures
We understand that clear enclosures can be a big investment in your boat and for this reason we only use the very best in materials and techniques. With constant investment on in-house development and education, we are the market leader in Tasmania for these products.
Spray Dodgers
A good fitting, well designed dodger can make all the difference to the look and performance of your boat. We design and build dodgers that are strong, practical and attractive. We can recover your existing frame or bend a new quality stainless steel frame. 42 South Marine only use the highest quality materials and techniques. We can also add link sheets to the dodger to allow for connection to bimini’s and clears.
Biminis / Rear Awnings
Shelter from sun and weather increases enjoyment when out on the water and provides protection and shelter when back in the marina or on anchor. A well designed and built bimini will not only look stylish and be practical, it will also have increased longevity from the harsh outdoor elements. 42 South Marine only use the highest quality materials and techniques. We can also add link sheets to the bimini to allow for connection to dodgers and clears.
Boom Bags
A well designed, built and engineered boom bag on lazy jacks is a very easy way of stowing your mainsail on the boom. Boat Covers
We can create boat covers for all shapes and sizes, from small tenders to large powerboat, designed and engineered correctly to allow for water run off and also for great aesthetics, a good looking cover is both practical and can add value to the boat, make the cover a feature not an after thought. We also fabricate custom tube covers for all sizes of inflatables.
